This event is free and open to the public.

- US Coast Guard including tours of their on-site helicopter
- San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services (OES) including tours of their Mobile Command Center
- San Mateo No. County Fire Department
- US Geological Service
- Local Amateur Radio Clubs
- Local Medical Services Providers
- Local Public Utilities
- Emergency Preparedness Supply Manufacturers (72 hour kits, water treatment systems, family & pet emergency kits)
Exhibits include:
- Tours of the Coast Guard helicopter, the San Mateo County OES Mobile Command Center, a fire truck & police car
- Earthquake, Fire, Flood, & Tsunami Preparedness training and information
- 72 Hour Emergency Kits -vendors and Do It Yourself info
- Food & Water Storage -vendors and how-to help
- Family (including pets), School & Business Emergency Planning
- Local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Programs
- Emergency Services & Communications
- American Red Cross, "Be Red Cross Ready, Preparedness Jeopardy" (11am, 12pm, 1pm)
- San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services -Jim Asche, "SMC Tsunami Emergency Plan" (10:30am)
- US Geological Service -Tom Brocher, "Earthquake Preparedness"

For kids & adults:
- Come tour and learn more about the Coast Guard helicopter + the San Mateo County Mobile Emergency Command Center
- Visit with local firefighters and EMTs, who will also be showing off their firetruck and ambulance
